Other than over the counter payments you can also settle your bill or recharge your account via, Mobitel Self Care App, Mobitel website / MyAccount, Self-service Kiosks located at SLT Mobitel outlets or via mCash service.
SLT Mobitel offers you one SIM card which contains a standard size SIM card, Micro SIM card & Nano SIM card to suit your handset type.
Copy the contact list from the current SIM card to the phone memory, then insert your new SLT Mobitel SIM card in the phone and copy the phone memory to your new SIM card.
Put your current SIM card into the new phone and copy the contacts from the SIM card memory to the memory of the new handset.
Insert the new SIM card in the current phone and copy the contacts from the phone memory to the new SIM card.
Copy the contacts from the current phone memory to the SIM card and then insert the SIM in the new phone and copy the contact list from the SIM card to the new phone.

Activate budget roaming facility to enjoy lower Roaming call rates with no special codes or dialing methods. This feature should be activated prior to the departure & can be activated by dialing #999# from your SLT Mobitel connection.
These plans offer you to use unlimited data for a standard rate (5US$ per day or 50US$ per 30 days ) To activate dial #999#.

Call Waiting is a feature which is already available on all mobile phones. It allows you to know who’s calling even when you’re on a call.
This service can be activated/ deactivated by dialing below codes on your mobile phone.
To Activate --> Dial *43#
To Deactivate --> Dial #43#
This is a service provided to customers to be alerted via SMS notifications on missed incoming calls indicating who they have received incoming calls at a given time when they were not reachable due to a various number of reasons such as no coverage, battery power out etc which will enable them to return the calls missed.
This service can be activated and de-activated with the use of below SMS commands.
To Activate MCA --> SMS MCA to 7676
To Deactivate MCA --> SMS MCA DCT to 7676
You can block up to 30 numbers as unwanted incoming calls.
To activate Call Block, send a SMS ‘YESCB’ to 2565 or dial #888# from your Mobitel connection to access the Self Care Menu.
